Loved the place, had a great stay at a super location. The staff were all affable and superfriendly. The room assigned on arrival room was included with coffee making facilities and coffee maker, as example. There were muffins, cakes and croissants for breakfast.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a nice area, just next door to restaurants as well as Ghirardelli Square. There was good choice of food for breakfast, including muffins, coffee, croissants and cakes. I appreciated that, I have never been in a better property.

A really great stay. Lots of food at breakfast, including muffins, croissants and cakes. Courteous staff, warm rooms with two double beds. All in all everything was great, yet we had poor bathroom. Best possible setting, near to cable car and the Piers. Also, an east - west street was in the immediate vicinity.
